Balloon Seal with Ribbon Instructions

1. Grasp the ribbon attached to the clip and unravel.

2. Inflate the balloon and twist the neck several times.

3. Pull the twisted balloon neck through one slot on the clip, positioning the balloon so it sits upright in the base of the clip.

4. To secure, loop the balloon neck around the stem of the clip and
through the second slot, tucking the end inside the base of the clip. (It is not necessary to wrap the balloon neck around the entire clip.)
