Order Processing, Delivery and Shipping Methods

Availability of stock

Party Products Australia have the largest online range of party supplies, balloons and decorations in Australia. We stock more than 16,000 party items in our Brisbane based warehouse and all party decorations are available for immediate delivery.

Our website is designed to only show products we have in stock. If a product becomes unavailable it will not be visible to you as the customer on the website. However, at times this stock count may be wrong due to wrong data entry or a damaged product is taken off the shelf and the database has not been updated.

Under normal conditions, to the best of our knowledge, items on our website are available to ship to you within the advertised time frame.

Out of Stock items

If a product you have ordered is unavailable, our friendly staff will contact you as soon as we are aware of an issue. We will then provide you with the option to replace the product, ship the order without a replacement or cancel your order and you will get a refund of all the money.

If we cannot contact you within 5 business days, we will ship your order without the missing product and refund you the money for the out of stock item.

Processing of your order

Party Products Australia prides itself on speedy processing and shipping of all orders. We have dedicated picking and packing teams to ensure your order is processed in a timely manner. Unfortunately we can not offer same day dispatch. Please consider when you order that you have allowed enough time to receive your order before your deadline.

We pay particular attention to the 'Special Event Date' specified by you during the checkout process and every effort is made to ensure we meet this request. We will notify you as soon as we can if we are unable to meet this event date. We will use all reasonable efforts to get your party supplies delivered to you within the date set by you.

After we receive confirmation of your order with full payment, your order is packed within 1-2 business days. All orders are shipped promptly from our warehouse and delivered to most Australian cities within 1-3 working days (Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Sydney, Canberra and Melbourne, Gladstone, Rockhampton, Townsville, Cairns) and Adelaide, Tasmania, Perth and regional areas within 4-7 working days. (Business days are defined as Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays.)

For very remote areas like Port Headland the delivery might take up to 10 working days. You can check the estimated time to deliver your package by using the Australia Post "Calculate Postage Tool" (use postcode 2000 as the From Suburb).

We have established a relationship with various courier companies to deliver your orders. We are using the following couriers:

* Fastway Couriers
* Star Track
* Air Express
* Toll Express

We reserve the right to select the method of shipment and the courier company. We will use all reasonable efforts to deliver your Products to you within the estimated delivery time indicated by those courier companies. But we do not guarantee that we will deliver within this time frame, as once the parcel has left our warehouse we have no control what happens to it.
